Isn't she cute! The flowers look like they are framing her pretty face!
Yes, if I could carry that stove and she wasn't looking I would be tempted to.............. ;-)
Mmmmmm peaceful and welcoming.
Does your hubby have any old tires laying around??
How cute is that?
Look! The old side pieces from an old 60's-70's style couch used for stair rails.
Want to peek inside???
Wow look at the table....
I love this idea that greets you as you walk in.
It's a big branch from a tree...floor to ceiling with goodies hanging on natural pegs.
Her amazing sun room....I am soooooo jealous, especially in January when it is -40.
An old dis-guarded wine chiller from Olive Garden.
Look at the sweetness that greeted us!
Hope you enjoyed the peek! Thank you Ms. Fire!!!

oooooo, the sun room! Great idea!
Hi Shannon...
Ohhh...I loved seeing Ms. Fire's fabulous yard and beautiful yard! It's evident that she is a very special lady! I just loved how she used so many different and unique items in the yard...and ohhh yes, I also love that old stove with the pretty planters of petunias on it! Awesome!!! I just giggled when I seen the photo of her stair railing...my folks had a sofa just like that. I can still remember it! That certainly took me down a trip to memory lane! Hehe! Please tell Ms. Fire thank you for us...for sharing her lovely yard and home...it was such a treat!
I also wanted to thank you for stopping by and reading about my experience of meeting a sweet blogging friend! I enjoyed your visit and sweet note!
Have a fabulous day!

I was going to ask you what that thing was to the right of the sink, but then you told us further down. It is funny if you put an object in a strange location it can throw you off!
Thank you for the photos of Ms Fire's yard and home! Great ideas for creating interesting settings.
What a fun yard and her smile lets me know that she is a sweet person. Her home looks like a happy place where you might stay a while. Thanks for sharing.
Stopping by for the first time. I recently joined the Bloggerette Sorority and wanted to meet some of the 'sisters'.
My blog door is always open for new friends. Drop by, help yourself to some tea and cookies and meet my 6 dogs.
God bless.
wow, that is some yard and home...i think you'd find something different to look at every time you go by. how fun! thanks for showing us.
so glad you stopped by the cape on the corner, and thanks for your fall comment. no thanks about the heavy winters, tho, lol!
What a great yard! And house!
I love it. She's very courageous in her decorating style. I'd be too afraid and would shy away from all that but somehow, she's made it work, and, it looks lovely!
Thanks for sharing Ms. Fire with us ... and her cute doggie too! :P

First! I am cracking up at your reaction to my CUTE little snowman!!!! :)
2nd - I'll be right over - cause I want to go back to your neighbors house with you. GOSH I miss that kind of thing. That's the way it used to be here when I was growing up. But . . . over time - it changed, we don't have back yard fence neighbors any more. SHe looked like a wonderful, wonderful woman - I could probably sit at her kitchen table for days and never get bored. And only then would be venture outside where I could just camp out for weeks. TOO FUN!
I loved this post!
HAve a great weekend! Off to see the Xray machine - at least my feet are pretty from my pedicure this AM!
:)
Thanks! Karen
What a great yard. I love all the repurposed stuff! Lezlee
